Bamboo can form a super screen with its evergreen leaves quietly rustling in the breeze to break up intrusive sights and sounds.
The plants natural V shape gives width high up whereas conifers tend to be narrow at the top.
The bamboos we stock are clump forming and do not spread aggressively.
Spread can be restricted by planting in a pot or raised or by burying their existing plastic pot in the ground so the lip is level with the soil. There are also specialist root control barriers available.
